I spent my birthday at a show at SALT. My high school buddy Edward James has been performing at drag shows for many years now, and decided he wanted to arrange his own show, House of Shadows, with a variety of drag artists and other performers such as burlesque artist and a magician. Good fun, and a nice way to celebrate my many years on this planet.

The lighting was horrible though, with harsh spotlights and often not much else. I should have cranked up the ISO and used a lens with bigger aperture for the faster shutter speed, but I get a new chance in December.
